These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of this website and to enquiries, quotations and orders placed with Sivakami Textile, 11, NGGO Colony, 5th Street, Erode – 638009, Tamil Nadu, India (GSTIN 33AANFS7704G1Z3). By using this website or placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.
1. About our business
We manufacture and supply 100% cotton dhoties, lungies, gamchas and towels on a wholesale basis to retailers, wholesalers, distributors and other business buyers across India.
2. Use of this website
- The website gives general information about our business and products. We try to keep it accurate and up to date but do not guarantee that it is free of errors.
- Product pictures on this website are illustrations. Actual colours, patterns and borders may vary from what you see on screen, and from one batch to another.
- You must not misuse the website, try to gain unauthorised access to it, or copy its content for commercial use without our written permission.
3. Enquiries and quotations
- Prices are shared on request, by phone, email or WhatsApp, and are not listed on this website.
- A quotation is valid for the period stated on it. If no period is stated, it is valid for 7 days.
- A quotation is not a binding order until we confirm the order as set out below.
4. Orders
- An order is confirmed only when we accept it in writing, by WhatsApp, email or a proforma or tax invoice.
- Minimum order quantities may apply and will be told to you with the quotation.
- For orders made to your specification (colours, sizes, borders or packing), please check and approve the details carefully before we start production.
5. Prices and payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). GST is charged extra at the applicable rate unless the quotation says otherwise.
- Payment terms (advance, part payment or credit) are as agreed on the quotation or invoice.
- Goods remain our property until full payment is received.
6. Delivery, returns and cancellations
Dispatch, delivery, returns, replacements and cancellations are covered by our Shipping & Returns policy.
7. Intellectual property
The name Sivakami Textile, our logo, and the text, designs and graphics on this website belong to us. You may not use them without our written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the value of the goods in that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of profit or business. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions or government action.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Erode, Tamil Nadu.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you place an order applies to that order.
