This Privacy Policy explains how Sivakami Textile ("we", "us", "our"), a textile manufacturer and wholesale supplier at 11, NGGO Colony, 5th Street, Erode – 638009, Tamil Nadu, India, handles personal information when you visit this website or contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us: your name, shop or company name, city and state, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, the products and quantities you are interested in, and any message you send.
Order information: billing and delivery address, GSTIN and payment details needed to issue invoices and dispatch goods.
Website data: our web server keeps standard logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited and time of visit) for security and to keep the site running. The site remembers your language and colour preferences in your own browser's local storage; this is not sent to us.

The bulk enquiry form on our Contact page does not send your details to our server. It prepares a message that opens in WhatsApp, and nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp yourself.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.

2. How we use your information

To reply to your enquiries and send quotations, price lists and stock availability.
To process, invoice, pack and deliver your orders, and to send order, payment and dispatch updates.
To meet our legal obligations, including GST and accounting records.

3. WhatsApp communication

We use WhatsApp Business, a service provided by Meta, to talk with our customers. When you message us on WhatsApp, or give us your number and agree to be contacted on WhatsApp, we may send you replies to your enquiry, quotations, order confirmations, invoices, payment reminders and delivery updates.

We only message people who have contacted us or agreed to hear from us. To stop receiving WhatsApp messages from us, reply STOP or tell us by phone or email, and we will stop. Messages sent through WhatsApp are also handled by Meta under the WhatsApp Privacy Policy.

4. Sharing your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only where it is needed to serve you or required by law:

With transport, lorry and courier services, to deliver your order.
With our bank and payment providers, to receive payments.
With our accountants and with government or tax authorities, where the law requires it.
With service providers we use to communicate with you, such as WhatsApp (Meta) and our email provider.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we have a business relationship with you. We keep invoices and order records for the period required under GST and other applicable Indian laws. After that, we delete or anonymise them.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Access is limited to the people who need it to serve you. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
